Delivery & returns

We deliver to Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Salt and Madaba, Saturday to Thursday, 9:00–17:00, within 24 hours of your order (usually the same day).

Delivery is free on orders from 15 JOD. Orders under 15 JOD pay 3 JOD delivery. There is no minimum order.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, tell the driver or contact us the same day and we will replace it.

For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.

5 Gallon jugs remain Fresh Water property. Leave your empties at the door and we swap them for full ones.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or by CliQ. Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JOD) and include the pack shown on each product.

Coupon books are paid in advance. Each coupon is valid for one 18.9L (5 Gallon) refill only, for one year from the purchase date printed on it. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and damaged coupons are not accepted.

Privacy

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and order history only to take, deliver and support your orders.

Your mobile number is your account ID. We use it to confirm orders and send delivery updates by SMS or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the people who deliver your order.

Orders are confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp before delivery.

Prices and availability may change; the price confirmed with your order is the price you pay.

Custom-label orders follow the quote and the label proof you approve.
