How much is delivery?
Free on orders from 15 JOD. Orders under 15 JOD pay 3 JOD delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single pack if you like. From 15 JOD, delivery is free.
When will my order arrive?
Within 24 hours, and usually the same day. We deliver Saturday to Thursday, 9:00–17:00.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Salt and Madaba.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery or CliQ. You pay when the water reaches you.
Is the price per bottle or per pack?
The price you see is for the pack shown on the product, for example 12 × 500ml. The 5 Gallon price is per refill.
Where does Fresh Water come from?
Deep groundwater from Jordan's wells.
How is the water purified?
Drop by drop with Nanosystem purification technology, then bottled and sealed.
What happens to my empty 5 Gallon jugs?
Leave them at the door. We swap every empty for a full one.
How do the 5 Gallon coupon books work?
Buy a book once, then hand the driver one coupon per refill. The bigger the book, the more refills are free: 10+1, 25+5, 50+15 and 100+40.
